In my opinion, he is. He got my DUI down to reckless driving. I have met several of his other clients, and they sing his praises as well.

You would have to look up all of his records figure wins vs. losses along with all other lawyers in Reno and compare them to kno. Other then that The Best would just be an opinion.

I would need to know a lot more about him before I could give you an opinion.

Contrary to the statements of another responder, an experienced Attorney, that is one with a great deal of successful experience in DUI cases can make a big difference where an individual has been accused of a DUI.

Enforcement of DUI laws has become extremely aggressive.

The result is that many people who do not meet the legal definition of DUI are often charged with DUI.

An experienced Attorney can make a big difference for someone who has been accused of DUI, but is not truly legally impaired

I’m not sure that there IS such a thing as a "best" DUI lawyer. It’s a lose-lose situation…In most cases it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever that an attorney is present or not…DUI laws and penalties are pretty cut and dry, not much a lawyer could do for you.
