As a DUI cop I will agree that sometimes officers make mistakes. But when the DUI is cut and dry, why pay an attorney 7 grand to foght somethign you will probably lose. And even if you don’t lose, you still have to pay.

first of all driving is commercial. travel is when u travel for pleasure. have u taught about defending clients on right to travel vs driver license. i am not a lawyer at all but i do studied the law alot and basically, dui laws is not law because the system wants to take people to jail for no reason unless they hurt some one. under duress

yeah to beat a dui a corpus delicti must be presented. for example the judge can not put u in jail unless the drunk driver hurts a person and the person have to file a criminal complant. like they always say no victim no crime can u explain what i am trying to say. a corpus delicti:injury,lost or harm.

Yeah you can tell the cops and all of us that when you are in jail. You can travel all you want. but when you get in a car, you are “driving”

Sounds like more of that patriot movement crap. Dont work. The victim is the state. When you drive you enter into a contract with the DMV. If a cop smells booze and you are nailed on the breath test, by contract you abrogated your rights and there is a victim due to your breach of contract.

oh one more thing stop selling out your clients you should know that if they plea guilty,not guilty or not contest they are contract of the court,and first of all,the prosecutor has to have a valid cause of action against the defendent in order to convicted the defendent of a non violent crime like drugs and dui.
